Me&my BF celebrated 3rd anniversary of our relationship this Saturday. So I got a MAC gift card as a present (yep, I have the best bf in the world who always asks me what I want to get for a holiday and never buys things I wouldn't like). I live in Europe and prices are unbelievable so I didn't get as much as I would if I lived in America. Anyway, here's what we have:
1. MAC Powder Blush in shade 'Dame' (about $40)
Nice cool toned blush. Originaly I wanted the Pink Swoon but it was out of stock, so I was hesitating between Dame and Well Dressed and finally got Dame. Hope I won't be disappointed.
2. MAC Frost Lipstick in 'Angel' ($28)
After a bad experience with MAC Cremesheens I decided to get a frost finish. I've tried it on when I was in the car on my way home and I love it! Nice nude pink and the finish is WAY better than Cremesheens.
3. MAC 224 Blending Brush ($56)
56 dollars!! FIFTY SIX FUCKING DOLLARS! Kill me, please. Seriously, MAC, Europe, WTF? It's cheaper to get high end makeup in my country than to buy MAC.
Anyway, I like MAC blending brushes (217 does great job and I use it every day). But next time I would skip MAC brushes because of the price. BTW it's without the packaging because I opened it in the car - i think it's too scratchy for a $56 brush.
4. MAC Vanilla Pigment (ohhhhh I'm not sure about the price but i believe it was about $35)
I love this one so much that I had to get another one to be with me in my makeup bag.
5. MAC Fix+ ($26)
I was running out of my FIX+ so I got a new bottle. Nothing special, but I like to use it with my pigments and to spray it all over my face before I apply makeup.
So that's it. As you can see, prices are unbearable. I think I'm gonna go into the Inglot store next time as I find it a good alternative for MAC and way cheaper. But still I'm really happy about the things I got and thanks to my Love again)
Will do swatches and reviews of all of those products (except for the Vanilla Pigment as I've already done that)
